The Bill (Reg. No.2766) introduces several amendments to certain laws of Ukraine, which simplify and facilitate the regime of control over certain commodities liable to sanitary-and-epidemiologic, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, ecological monitoring, and control over movement of cultural valuables through the State Border of Ukraine.
The Bill coordinates the national customs policy with the international requirements, and its regulations already include the Bill on amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine (Reg. No.2778) aimed at complex coordination of Ukrainian legislation on customs affairs with the international standards. Therefore, the Committee recommends that Bill be scrutinized separately.
